We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Sports Coaches to lead and supervise after-school sports activities for children. The coach will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging sessions that promote teamwork, physical fitness, skill development, and a positive attitude toward sports. Duties include ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants, encouraging inclusion, and fostering a fun and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate sports sessions.
Supervise and engage students during after-school club hours.
Promote teamwork, discipline, and respect.
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous coaching or sports instruction experience preferred (but not essential).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire young people.
First aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
DBS (can be obtained through the company)
Training & Development:
This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in sports coaching and working with children. School-based training will be provided, alongside hands-on experience coaching primary school pupils in a supportive environment.
