Im collaborating with an award:winning architectural practice to recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist for their creative team based in Worthing. This dynamic studio delivers a diverse portfolio of residential, mixed:use, hospitality, and commercial projects, taking schemes from concept through to completion.
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, youll play a key role in coordinating project delivery, leading design teams, and liaising directly with clients, consultants, and contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and is passionate about technical excellence and the successful delivery of high:quality developments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of projects through RIBA Stages 4:6, focusing on residential and mixed:use developments.

Prepare and coordinate detailed working drawing packages, including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and technical details.

Manage coordination between design consultants, contractors, and external teams.
*
Act as a client:facing representative, ensuring clear and professional communication at all stages.
*
Oversee and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and quality in design delivery.
About You
*
Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology (CIAT accreditation advantageous).
*
Proven technical expertise on medium to large:scale projects (typically GBP5m+ construction value).
*
Proficient in Autodesk Revit (essential) and AutoCAD.
*
Excellent understanding of Building Regulations and Housing Standards.
*
Strong leadership skills, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
*
Confident working independently while maintaining strong communication in a team:based environment.
*
Highly skilled in technical detailing and knowledgeable in modern construction techniques.
