JOB OVERVIEW


We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Leeds Office as a Business Support professional, in either a full-time or part-time role. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.


DUTIES


Act as a conduit between several different departments

Help manage interdepartmental projects

Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organising documents

Type and proofread various documents

Assist in office organisation

Computerise information for easy access and retrieval

Demonstrate proper phone etiquette in all communications

Provide administrative support as needed

Invoicing other finance tasks


QUALIFICATIONS


Proficient in data entry processes

Strong clerical skills and attention to detail

Efficient typing skills

Familiarity with office procedures and organisational tasks

Ability to computerise information effectively

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus
