Responsibilities
* Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where children feel confident and supported to succeed.

Requirements
* Has a Bachelor\'s degree in Education or a related field.
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Is passionate about teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 and wants to make a real difference in children\'s lives.
* Understands the National Curriculum and knows how to make lessons both engaging and accessible for all learners.
* Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Has a positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
* Is eager to embrace ongoing professional development and grow alongside a supportive team.
