Are you an experienced Secretary/Junior PA looking to progress your career into a Personal Assistant to a Managing Partner within a Professional Services environment?
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for a professional and hardworking individual to join one a busy team as a Personal Assistant.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Deal with enquiries on behalf of the Managing Partner, answering incoming emails and telephone calls
2. Drafting emails, letters and other correspondence as/when required
3. Accurate minute taking, attending regular board meetings, recording and distribution of meeting minutes
4. Provide administration support – collating reports, invoicing, taking, and writing up minutes of meetings and other general administrative tasks
5. Making travel and accommodation arrangements
The ideal Personal Assistant would:
6. Have experience in a similar position, such as a Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator, Secretary or Team Assistant
7. Be an exceptional communicator, both written and verbally, with excellent attention to detail
8. Have a can-do attitude, with willingness to learn and get involved with all areas of the team
9. Be professional, personable, positive and driven
10. Must be prepared to travel and stay away on occasions
