VANRATH have partnered with one of the Ireland's leading brand-builders, they are seeking an Excel Administrator to join the team and support the field sales team with administration and reporting. Salary £28,000 10% bonus Hours 37.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5.00pm. Friday - 8.30am-4.00pm Hybrid 3 days minimum in the office per week (following training) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES External duties: Management of the back of houses processes involved in the smooth running of an account such as Promotional nominations Price file management NLF completion Promotional track and reporting Supporting in range reviews and customer facing meeting. Dealing with and responding to customer queries promptly Man mark your equivalent role within key customers and build a proactive relationship. Internal Duties: Ensuring agreed processes around promotions, accruals and pricing are adhered to Supporting in various projects to ensure first rate execution. Feedback information relating to account performance. Deal with customer service queries and adhoc customer complaints. Liaise with key internal stakeholders within Commercial, Operations, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing and Customer Support to ensure the information flow is in place for the key KPI's to be achieved. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 1-2 Years' experience in similar type role Exceptional level of IT proficiency and meticulous attention to detail is vital: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (advanced), Sales Force & Power BI FMCG experience desirable and experience in food and drink an advantage A resilient self-starter Highly Preferred Use of PIMS and/or Tesco Connect Skills: Sales admin VLOOKUP sales coordinator sales administrator powerpoint excel Benefits: Fantastic benefits package 10% bonus
