Job Role: PPC / Paid Search Manager
Location: Leeds (City Centre)
Salary: £40,000 (flexible dependent on experience)

We’re working with a dynamic, independent media agency delivering multi-channel campaigns for clients across multiple sectors including property, travel, fashion, and gaming.
They’re looking for a Paid Search Manager to join their performance marketing team and help drive results for a portfolio of larger clients.
Your role:
* Plan, implement, and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
* Analyse performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve ROI
* Collaborate with internal teams and report campaign results to clients
* Support the Head of Paid Media in driving overall paid search strategy
What we’re looking for:
* 3+ years PPC experience (agency experience preferred)
* Strong analytics, reporting, and campaign management skills
* Experience managing campaigns for larger clients
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to thrive in a collaborative team
