The Role
Build trusting, compassionate relationships
Provide trauma-informed support
Encourage life skills and independence (no personal care)
Maintain clear records and follow support plans
Lone work confidently when needed
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agenciesAbout You
You are caring, adaptable and committed to helping young people thrive. You communicate well, value inclusion and teamwork, and can manage boundaries and workload independently. A passion for learning and development is essential.
Essential Criteria:
Full UK driving licence with business insurance and access to a vehicle for business use
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Children and Young Peoples Workforce Diploma - or willingness to complete, supported by Hightown Housing
Ability to work day and evening shifts (7am-3pm & 2pm-10pm), including weekends and bank holidaysHightown Benefits
£10,344 per annum (£13.26 per hour)
