Are you a passionate and dedicated veterinary surgeon looking to join a supportive and dynamic team? This progressive practice in Leicestershire is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join the team in their friendly, RCVS-accredited hospital.
They pride themselves on delivering top-tier patient care, operating from a spacious, purpose-built hospital featuring 6 operating theatres, multiple consulting rooms, and separate cat, dog, and exotic wards. Facilities include an in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, oxygen cages, and advanced equipment such as ultrasound, bronchoscope, gastroscope and rigid scopes, plus automated ventilation. So plenty of kit to support professional development.
You'll be joining a team of 11 vets supported by 20+ qualified and experienced nurses. They offer a 4-day work week with an equally shared rota (currently 1 in 8 weekends and approximately 1 night per week) and appropriate TOIL. Whether you’re an experienced vet or a new graduate, they can offer support for career growth and opportunities to pursue certificates with a strong exotics diplomat and surgery certificate holder on-site.

1. Competitive salary: £35,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
