Job Description:
* The main responsibility of the Contractor Compliance Administrator is to manage daily operational tasks such as contractor queries, data entry, and candidate screening for rhi Talent UK Limited.
* Work closely with stakeholders (Recruitment, P&O, Payroll, Time Writing, Finance) to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner.
* Responsible for collating, verifying, and filing screening documentation via email and telephone.
* Issuing contracts to contractors and agency workers.
* Updating contractor and agency worker records in various systems.
* Supporting internal audits.
* Assisting with administrative tasks for ad hoc projects.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant Data Privacy and Protection regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
* Secondary school education or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* Strong skills in Excel and Word.
* Knowledge of HRIS tools is preferred.
* Experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information.
