We are recruiting for a excellent leader within the food safety and quality remit within the food, beverage, pharma and or chemical background Key Responsibilities Lead site HACCP systems and food safety strategy Act as the go-to expert for all food safety matters Drive compliance with internal standards and external regulations (ISO, FSSC, FDA) Deliver engaging food safety and HACCP training across teams Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in processes and products Support product development with food safety assessments Own allergen management and hygiene standards Lead audits and implement corrective actions Influence and embed a strong food safety culture site-wide What You Bring Strong HACCP leadership (Level 4 preferred) Experience in food manufacturing and quality systems Proven audit, risk assessment, and continuous improvement expertise Confident communicator with the ability to influence across teams Proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment Make an impact.
