What you'll do
* Manage, recruit, and develop the best possible talent to ensure the long-term success of the business
* Guarantee customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations and safeguarding service standards
* Monitor and control staff costs, store productivity, inventory differences, write-offs, and operational costs
* Apply and control company principles such as ‘Store Cleanliness’, ‘Customer Friendliness’, and ‘Minimal Queues at Tills’
* Ensure proper stock rotation, freshness, and C-Date checks
* Adhere to all company procedures and standards, including store presentation and merchandising plans
What you'll need
* Completed A Levels or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years management experience
* Confident and persuasive communication skills
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
* Able to work under strict deadlines
* Ability to adapt quickly to new situations
* Full driving license
What you'll receive
We offer a competitive and transparent salary system that ensures pay equality:
* £41,750 rising to £54,500 after 3 years
