You'll cover day-to-day and void property repairs, servicing & breakdowns

- £42,000 equivalent salary (paid as a weekly hourly rate)

- Providing a high standard of service to all tenants and customers What you'll need to succeedEssential:
* Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (recognised Gas trade qualification).
* Qualified to work with central heating, water heaters, cookers, pipe work, unvented hot water, (formally ACOPS 1-14) .
* Qualified Gas Safety Engineer (CCN1)
- Install, Commission, Service, Safety Check for Natural Gas and LPG and appropriate CSCS card.
