The Role
Depending on your background and interests, you'll join either the Software Engineering or AI/ML Engineering function, working on some of the company's most important technical challenges.
You could be:
* Building core product features used by customers globally.
* Designing scalable backend systems and infrastructure.
* Developing and deploying AI-powered products into production.
* Working on LLM applications, machine learning systems, and intelligent workflows.
* Solving complex data and engineering challenges at scale.
* Influencing product strategy and technical direction alongside founders and leadership.
Regardless of specialism, engineers are trusted with substantial ownership and are encouraged to drive projects from idea through to execution.
What They're Looking For
* Outstanding academic background, ideally a First-Class degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or another STEM subject.
* Strong software engineering fundamentals.
* Experience with Python and modern software development practices.
* For AI/ML candidates: experience building, deploying, or researching machine learning systems.
* For Software Engineers: experience building scalable products and backend systems.
* High intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to solve difficult problems.
* Individuals who thrive in ambitious, high-performance environments.
The team is particularly interested in experienced engineers but is equally open to exceptional candidates earlier in their careers who can demonstrate outstanding ability and potential.
