Trust Administrator / Paralegal (Private Client), Lancashire up to £35K DOE + Excellent Benefits Package, Hybrid working options
We are recruiting for an exciting role as a Trust Administrator within the multi award-winning Private Client and Charity departments at a leading independent UK law firm.
The team has a Tier 1 ranking in the Legal 500 and Chambers Private Wealth Law and works with a wide range of High-Net-Worth individuals, families, business owners, elderly clients and Landed estates dealing with complex private client matters including wills and probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, Capital Gains tax and estate planning.
About the role
Due to the continued growth of the team, we are looking to recruit a Trust Administrator/ Paralegal to work closely with our Trust Manager on the day-to-day management of a complex portfolio of trusts. This role would suit a candidate who has prior experience in trust administration however we would consider applications from legal administrators or paralegals who have had some exposure to Trusts and some Private Client experience.
What we are looking for
Experience of trust administration, with technical knowledge of trust law and tax implications would be advantageous
Experience of working within a private client team or a professional services environment
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills and have a client focused approach.
