Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and champion the brand strategy across digital and offline platforms.
* Drive thought leadership through high-value content such as whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
* Manage agency relationships to ensure alignment with strategic brand goals, monitor performance metrics, and optimise budget usage.
* Implement a robust digital marketing strategy leveraging AI and CRM tools.
* Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy across multiple channels.
* Manage and engage a core audience database, ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Use data-driven insights to improve and adapt marketing strategies.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Experience in marketing and communications
* Experience in a managerial role overseeing digital marketing agencies.
* Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing strategies, with a focus on content marketing, email marketing, and B2C communications.
* Proven expertise in managing agency relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, budget oversight, and clear deliverable management.
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, tools, and channels, including CRM, SEO, social media, and AI-driven tools for content, analytics, and customer engagement.
* Advanced knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, open rates, etc.) and experience in applying data-driven decisions for optimising audience engagement.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively manage agency relationships, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate marketing goals clearly and align efforts with overall business objectives.
