We are working with a professional practice of Chartered Surveyors and Project Managers, providing Project Management and Employer’s Agent services the UK. The Role: Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Employer’s Agent to manage a variety of projects from inception to completion. Reporting to an Associate Director, you will be responsible for: * Managing multiple schemes, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality. * Acting as Employer’s Agent and Project Manager, including contract administration, site inspections, and liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors. * Providing technical support and mentoring to junior team members. * Assisting in business development and promoting the company’s presence in the region. * Preparing reports, budgets, risk registers, and project programmes. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a Project Manager or Employer’s Agent. * Experience in Design & Build procurement and contract administration. * Degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent. MRICS or near completion of APC preferred. * Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects, work autonomously, and build client relationships. * CSCS card holder and valid UK driving licence.
