This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Band 6 CT Radiographer to join our dynamic team in Dumfries. You will earn £35 hourly for a 3-month locum assignment, working Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. This role requires a full-time CT Radiographer who is adept at performing CT scan procedures as well as general radiography duties, including on‑call responsibilities. You will be working with advanced imaging equipment including the cutting‑edge Cannon Prime CT and top‑notch Samsung general equipment.

What you will do
* Carry out CT and general radiography procedures efficiently and accurately, ensuring optimal image quality using Cannon Prime CT and Samsung general equipment.
* Provide excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and safety during procedures.
* Participate actively in the on‑call system, ready to perform diagnostic imaging when urgency arises.
* Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and reports.
* Collaborate with the radiography team and other healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality imaging services.
* Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the imaging equipment, contributing to the maintenance of the highest operation standards.
