Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and implementation of a national business development strategy aligned with organisational objectives
2. Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across both public and private sectors
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS bodies, ICBs, local authorities, case managers, and other key stakeholders
4. Manage and mentor a small team of business development professionals
5. Support tendering processes, bids and proposals with a strategic and commercially aware approach
