Role Purpose:
To lead brand awareness and audience growth for Alan Paine across social media, PR, influencer partnerships, and brand activations. This role will shape how we tell our story and promote product, reaching new customers and strengthening brand perception across both Country and Knitwear.
Managing a small team, your key responsibilities will be:
Develop and deliver seasonal brand campaigns that increase awareness and drive engagement across social channels.
Own the social media strategy and content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & TikTok).
Oversee organic and paid content across all social platforms.
Build and manage an influencer and ambassador program, spanning both field sport and lifestyle & fashion creators.
Work closely with the product and design team to ensure brand storytelling is consistent and compelling.
Monitor performance metrics and report on brand awareness, engagement and campaign ROI.
Manage allocated brand and social budgets effectively.
Brief and coordinate external photographers, videographers, and creative agencies where needed.
Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 3 years experience in brand marketing, PR, communications, or campaign management within a fashion environment, outdoor, lifestyle or heritage brands.
Strong understanding of social content, visual storytelling and brand tone of voice.
Confident managing influencer outreach and gifted / paid collaboration models.
Excellent written communication and campaign coordination skills.
Comfortable working across multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as cross-functionally.

Creative thinker with a hands-on approach.
Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of how brand drives long-term revenue.

36 Hours per week (4pm finish on Fridays)
