Due to the hotels location, having your own transport is essential.

* £44,500 package
* Working 40 hours a week across 5 days

Responsibilities as the F&B Manager
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of all F&B operations
* Leading, mentoring and motivating a talented team of supervisors and waitstaff
* Driving service standards to ensure an outstanding guest experience
* Collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house
* Managing rotas, stock control, and departmental budgets
* Acting as a role model and champion of the hotels values and service ethos
