Sous Chef, Events, SW London £35k + paid overtime (average earning £45k) We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our client's growing team in London. This specialist event caterer produces high quality, stunning food for a wide range of events from weddings to events, private parties and occasions. All food prep is done at the production kitchen based in SW London and finished off on location. The food produced is extremely high quality using fresh, seasonal ingredients presented with flair and creativity. What you will be doing: * Working alongside a supportive and inspirational Head Chef as part of a close knit team * Lead and run events when required ensuring everything runs smoothly * Managing prep and organization for events * Overseeing agency staff * Liaising with the Events team as well as clients on events Basic working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm (prep hours) with anything over this paid as overtime. Weekends are also paid overtime.
