We are recruiting an English/German speaking Technical Support Engineer for a European instruments manufacturer.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and customer contact via email and phone.
* Answer product‑related technical questions and general sales enquiries.
* Translate and write technical sales literature for product documentation.
Requirements
* Graduate level in Physical Sciences or Engineering.
* Fluent in English and German.
* Strong scientific background and ability to quickly acquire product knowledge.
* Excellent IT and communication skills.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
