This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver the firm’s organisational development agenda while providing strategic and hands‑on HR business partnering support.
This hybrid position blends HR Business Partnering with full ownership of Learning & Development, supporting leaders and employees across the entire employee lifecycle. As part of a small, collaborative HR team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen capability, enhance culture, and ensure people practices evolve in line with the firm’s growth and ambition.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as a trusted HR partner to managers, providing expert guidance across employee relations, performance, engagement, and talent management.
* Leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programmes that build capability and support organisational development.
* Owning the full L&D cycle, including needs analysis, content creation, facilitation, and impact measurement.
* Coaching managers to enhance people leadership capability and embed a culture of continuous development.
* Collaborating with the HR team to deliver people initiatives that strengthen culture, inclusion, and the overall employee experience.
To be considered for this role, you must bring a strong foundation in HR generalist work, combined with proven experience in learning design and delivery. You will be confident facilitating sessions independently and comfortable working in a hands‑on, fast‑evolving environment.
