Branch Manager
We are looking for an experienced, driven and motivated candidate to run our busy MOT and repair centre based in Bracknell.
Salary Expectations:
* Basic Salary: £45k to £54k per year
* Bonus Scheme: £6k to £15k per year
* On Target Earnings: £51k to £60k+ per year
* £3,000 signing-on fee paid within the first 6 months
This busy site is well placed in a local community and provides MOTs, servicing, and repairs for all makes and models to both retail and trade customers. The garage handles all types of repairs-from basic maintenance to more complex jobs including clutches, cambelts, timing belts, and head gasket replacements.
The site has built a strong reputation in the local area, and the role is ideally suited to an experienced manager who can deliver an exceptional customer journey while driving and growing the business.

Requirements:
The successful candidate must have prior experience in managing a workshop, including overseeing staff, managing parts, and handling returns. Main dealer experience is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with the MOT scheme is also desirable.

Bonus Scheme:
The bonus structure is based on the branch's combined MOT and labour sales, not individual performance. Bonuses are awarded on a sliding scale ranging from approximately £500 to £1,250 per month, depending on branch performance.
