Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Ryelands Primary and Nursery School. The Governors are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Business Support apprentice to contribute to the successful running of our school office.
The successful candidate will work within a busy office environment, including front desk duties, maintaining a friendly approach to all stakeholders. It is essential that the candidate can work under pressure and communicate effectively with peers and pupils.
This is a 2-year apprenticeship achieving Business Administration Level 3. The first year will be at an apprentice rate of £7.55 per hour; the second year's pay will vary depending on the candidate's age. Please note that continuation after the apprenticeship is not guaranteed and depends on available budget and business needs.

Desirable Qualifications
* Administration qualification
* Maths & English GCSE A-C/4 or above or equivalent (can be obtained during the apprenticeship)
Essential Experience
* Providing good customer service
* Using ICT systems
Desirable Experience
* Experience in a school environment
* Experience with SIMS modules
* Knowledge of school policies on health and safety, behaviour, attendance, equal opportunities, and child protection
