What you’ll be doing:
Supporting students one-to-one or in small groups
Assisting in mainstream and SEND classrooms
Helping young people stay on track
Working closely with teachers to create a calm, focused learning environment
You’ll be great if you:
Have experience working with young people (schools, youth work, clubs all count)
Bring patience, energy, and a sense of humour
Understand that a good TA can change a student’s whole day
Are ready to jump in, get involved, and be the steady hand when things get busy
