Job Description
Experian - Credit & Verification Services are looking for Technical Consultant to join our team. You will have a background in financial technology and an understanding of eligibility solutions for lenders.
As a Technical Consultant, you will work with our clients to implement and improve our eligibility solutions, ensuring they meet their specific needs and regulatory requirements.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their eligibility requirements and business processes.
2. Design customised eligibility solutions using our proprietary technology.
3. Provide technical expertise during the implementation phase, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our solutions remain compliant.
5. Work with the product development team to provide feedback and suggest enhancements based on client needs.
6. Develop a constructive working relationship with the delivery, product and engineering teams
7. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implementations and customisations.
Qualifications
8. Experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role in the financial technology sector.
9. Experience with eligibility solutions and lending processes.
10. Willingness to travel to client sites
