Branch Manager (Profit Centre Manager)
Location: Edmundson Electrical, Unit 15, Blenheim Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP12 3RS
As a Branch Manager, or as we like to call it Profit Centre Manager, you will be a driven and ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to effectively run your own business within our decentralised business model. As an Edmundson Profit Centre Manager or PCM, you will have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing and logistics. You will want to build first‑class relationships with customers, suppliers and staff and use those relationships to develop profitable sales in an efficient and well‑organised business, allowing you to generate profit sharing for you and your team. Customer service excellence will be at the forefront of everything that you do and, let’s face it, you’re the boss in our business model, so you can do whatever is needed to satisfy your customer’s requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Set and maintain exceptional standards of customer service
* Develop long‑term relationships with customers and suppliers
* Drive activity to produce profitable sales
* Actively develop new business opportunities
* Manage team performance
* Take care of Health & Safety in your business to keep your team safe and well
* Understand and manage your own profit and loss sheet, management accounts and sales performance data
Requirements
* Electrical Wholesaling: 2 years (required)
* Driving Licence (required)
* Willingness to travel: 50% (preferred)
