* £12.85 - £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Overview
This role focuses on progressing service and repair jobs efficiently while keeping customers fully informed. You will act as a key link between customers, field service engineers, parts suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth job turnaround and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide regular updates to customers on servicing, repair, and breakdown jobs
* Liaise with service teams regarding attendance, diagnostics, parts availability, and progress
* Chase outstanding service, repair, and breakdown quotations
* Update service management systems with accurate job notes and statuses
* Clearly explain repair requirements, costs, and timescales to customers
* Record customer approvals before work proceeds
* Manage expectations during urgent or breakdown situations
* Deliver a professional, solution-focused customer service experience
