Electrical Contracts Manager Belfast + UK Projects Location: Belfast (with UK travel) Salary: £50,000 £80,000 DOE + Package Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Role Were recruiting an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee a range of projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and residential sectors. This is a key position within a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across Northern Ireland and the be responsible for managing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, and commercially successful. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor project performance, costs, variations, and programme Support procurement and material planning Maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors, and consultants Ensure full compliance with health & safety and quality standards What Were Looking For Strong background in electrical building services Proven experience in a Contracts Manager / Project Manager / Senior Engineer role Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Commercially aware with experience managing costs and variations Strong communication and organisational skills Open to candidates stepping up into a Contracts Manager role Travel Approx. 2 days per week on UK sites Typically 1 overnight stay per week Remaining time based in Belfast office / local sites Whats on Offer £50,000 £80,000 salary (DOE) Company vehicle / travel support Pension Strong pipeline of secured work Long-term career progression within a growing business Apply Click apply or contact Padraic for a confidential discussion.
