We are currently looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Sutton, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will support educational and residential colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessment and formulation, you will offer individualized interventions and engagement to our young people.

Your main responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist:
* Collaborate within schools and children’s homes to ensure therapeutic support integrates into education, care, and support services
* Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams
What we are looking for in an Occupational Therapist:
* Qualified and registered with the HCPC
* Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs
* Supportive of teams to ensure clinically informed environments and experiences
* Confident, engaging, and effective as a model, guide, leader, and trainer
* Highly organized and proactive
* Committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people
