We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to keep our Costa Express equipment running smoothly across Manchester. What you'll do
* Diagnose faults to repair or replace equipment that keeps customers enjoying their coffee
* Communicate issues, problems and solutions through escalation points
* Serve up smiles with first‑class customer service for our partners
Who you are
* Agile and experienced with service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering role
* A efficiency expert ready to keep our equipment operating effectively
* A people person who can stay calm under pressure
Our training
We invest in our Field Service Engineers. Our City & Guilds Assured training programme helps you reach your full potential. You’ll receive technical learning bespoke to each machine proposition, hands‑on experience with a Field Service Engineer, and deep training at our Loudwater Academy. You’ll be supported by champions in the field and have access to a digital platform for day‑to‑day support.
Working pattern
37.5 hours a week, 1/4 weekends.
