Job Description
A brilliant and renowned UK charity, focussed on supporting and developing some of society's most vulnerable people, is in need of a Head of Transformation to manage it through a period of positive change including an investment in the fundraising team and a new direction in terms of the services it offers. The role will involve setting up reporting for each strand of the programme, managing the leads of each strand and reporting back to the Board on progress. It should suit an individual who is familiar with the charity sector and has led organisation-wide transformations previously. It will pay a competitive salary and will be a hybrid role, based in the London office two days per week.
As the Head of Transformation your role will involve:
* Working collabratively with senior leadership to identify requirements and drive change across the organisation
* Create a vision for change and work to get the organisation on board
* Produce reporting for the various areas of the programme and work closely with the managers to ensure there is visibility across the programme
* Produce reports for the Board and attend Board meetings to present these
* Monitor budgets of the programme and influence the financial behaviour of those involved
The ideal Head of Transformation will:
* Have significant change programme management experience, ideally from within the charity sector
* Have experience working with SLT and Board members
* Be financially literate and have the ability to set up reporting frameworks and understand budgets
* Be a real people-person with the ability to take colleagues on a journey
