What the Client Wants
The client is looking for experienced Locum Social Workers who can confidently manage complex adolescent safeguarding and court‑related work, including:
* Strong court work experience (reports, evidence, proceedings)
* Proven safeguarding experience with adolescents at risk
* Knowledge and experience of exploitation, trauma and contextual safeguarding
* Confidence working in a fast‑paced, multi‑agency setting
* A compassionate, relationship‑led approach to practice
