Responsibilities:
* Work independently and effectively to ensure the smooth running of a project, ensuring it is delivered to time and standard.
* Actively work onsite and liaise with the Project managers
* Lead junior staff by example with a positive and collaborative approach to work
* Perform various construction tasks including installing steels, masonry, construction painting, drywall installation, concrete finishing
* Follow building plans and drawings to meet project specifications.
* Ensure all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
* Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on the job site.
Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is essential
- Knowledge of various construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and building plans.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
