This company are a multi-utility provider of gas, water and electricity. With an over 30-year history, they are a major company within the sector and in a period of growth. They are now looking to recruit a Design Engineer to join support them with further growth.
In this role the successful candidate will work within the company's new wastewater business unit where they will help the company adopt quality assets. They will do this by ensuring adopted wastewater network assets are compliant with company standards and regulations. This will include reviewing designs, issuing technical approval to developers and liaising with construction partner to offer technical support. This will be a hybrid role with a mix of office and home-based working.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wastewater network design and sewer adoptions including S104 agreements. They must also be commutable to Ashtead at least 3-days a week and be looking to progress within a growing company.

The Role:
* Ensure adopted wastewater network assets are complaint with company standards and regulations
