The new division will focus on commercial and retail developments, with a strong pipeline of steel‑frame warehouse projects valued between £1m and £10m. This is a rare chance to play a key role in shaping a business unit from the ground up. The Role As Estimator, you will take ownership of the tendering process while also contributing strategically to the success of this fledgling division.
