We have an excellent opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our highly regarded NHS repairs and maintenance team based in Sidcup.

Job Purpose
Our NHS healthcare maintenance team in Sidcup provides planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance services for a large acute NHS trust. To continue delivering high-quality service, we are seeking a multi-skilled plumber/maintenance plumber to join our team.
This varied role involves providing repairs (both responsive and planned), with a focus on plumbing, and also includes general maintenance tasks. You will work in a mobile role maintaining several healthcare sites within a small area in North Kent.

Experience Required
Relevant experience in building maintenance is essential, preferably within the NHS or for a contractor serving the NHS. Alternatively, experience with maintenance contractors in commercial settings such as hotels, schools, or supermarkets is acceptable.
You should be capable of performing a wide range of plumbing repairs and possess skills in other areas such as carpentry or plastering. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for high-quality repairs are vital. This role offers significant opportunities for personal development.
A full UK driving license is required, and the position is subject to a DBS check.
