Job Details
* Location: Theobalds Park Road, Crews Hill, Enfield, EN2 9BD
* Hours: Full‑time, 40 hours per week (5 days)
* Salary: £30,139.20 per year * recently increased
* Qualification: Full & relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)

What you will be doing:
Working closely with your Room Leader and a supportive management team, you’ll:
* Provide high‑quality care and learning in line with EYFS
* Build positive relationships with children and families
* Contribute ideas to planning — your voice matters
* Maintain a safe, calm and welcoming environment
* Feel supported to meet safeguarding and Ofsted expectations.
You’ll never be left to “manage everything alone”.
What We’re Looking For
* Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* At least 1 year’s experience in an Early Years setting
* Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Clear communication in spoken and written English
* A team player who enjoys working with children and colleagues
(Experience supporting inspections is helpful, but not essential.)
