Senior Project Manager - Longham - Up to £50K We're working with a client looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across a range of complex, cross-functional projects. This is a pivotal role, acting as the central point of coordination across multiple teams - ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget. You'll play a key role in driving structure, managing risk, and maintaining clear communication across the business. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, in full, and to specification Create and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and dependencies across teams Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including commercial, product, creative, procurement, and logistics Proactively identify risks and manage issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all approvals and signoffs are completed Requirements: Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager role, with 5 years managing end-to-end delivery Strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously Confident communicator, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Commercial awareness, with the ability to manage scope, cost, and delivery expectations Desirable: Experience within FMCG, retail, sourcing, or creative/production environments Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Excel, ERP systems) Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and takes real ownership of delivery.
