What you will be doing
Completion of industry-leading training to gain your PCV licence followed by ongoing CPC training and professional development as part of earning your Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship. You will drive our fleet safely and deliver great customer service, helping people of all ages and backgrounds, and create a welcoming environment where customers feel respected and cared for. You will work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Training, progression and benefits
During training: £13.50 per hour (approx. 6–8 weeks). After training: annual earnings around £29,919 based on 39 hours per week as a qualified Bus Driver. You will gain a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship with a structured training programme and an externally recognised qualification, with no impact on your role, pay or hours. We’ll cover all your training costs, so you earn while you learn.

What you need to apply
* You need to be 18 years old and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
* Right to work in the UK and have been ordinarily resident in the UK for the last 3 years (or meet alternative funding criteria)
* A patient, safe and courteous approach; a positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering great customer service
* Willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team
