Responsibilities
* Driving and improvement current quality output of joining through testing, innovation and shared learning with the design teams
* Monitor and track resolution to all problems and issue to ensure improvements are achieved
* Lead issues influencing delivery to resolution with the maintenance department
* Provide technical guidance to the team on the appropriate cause of action in resolving problems
* Support in the testing and confirmation of any changes to process inputs
Qualifications
* Previous experience in Joining Systems in Engineering
* Previous leadership experience
* Background or experience in the Engineering and Concept Development
* Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred
