Role Description

Collaborating with team members and participating in ongoing training is also an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
Experience in caregiving, such as assisting with daily living activities and providing emotional support
Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members
Ability to demonstrate patience, compassion, and adaptability in varying care scenarios
Organizational skills to maintain accurate care records and adhere to care plans
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
Relevant certifications such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in health and social care (preferred)
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
A valid driver's license and reliable transport are advantageous
