We are working with an esteemed Belfast-based law firm who are seeking a Senior Solicitor to join their Real Estate department.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a well-regarded Commercial Property team, working on a diverse caseload of commercial property matters. The candidate’s role will see them advise clients, manage commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, as well as drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and ancillary documents.
The candidate will advise a varied client-base on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including title, planning, and property finance matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with the firm’s client base.
Essential Criteria:
* 5+ PQE;
* Strong background in commercial property law and transactions;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
