Fresh Freight Group are recruiting an Apprentice Customer Service Administrator to join their team at their site in Washington.

* Mon – Friday
* 40 hours per week
* National Minimum Wage, age relevant
* Course: Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
* Start date: 2026

Responsibilities
* Calling customers and informing them of dates and times of deliveries
* Answering customer calls and managing customer enquiries
* Ensuring all paperwork and emails are organised within Customer Service departmental functions
* Making sure POD’s are uploaded correctly into relevant systems for customers
* Monitoring deliveries to customers ensuring deliveries are made on time
