Account Manager – ConstructionTech

The Account Manager position is a critical role in managing long-term relationships with existing clients – ensuring that each client is getting as much out of the software as possible. This is a hybrid opportunity for candidates commutable to Liverpool.
Responsibilities
* Manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing accounts across the construction industry
* Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities, driving growth across the accounts
* Develop & manage strategies for the accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders across the businesses
* Conduct regular business reviews across the portfolio
* Drive product adoption, providing additional product training where necessary
* Provide technical support to the accounts, escalating further when needed
* Maintain up-to-date CRM records of activity
* Attend industry events & trade shows when necessary
The Successful Candidate
* 12+ months account management experience in the SaaS / software space
* Experience in the ConstructionTech space or selling other software into the construction industry is a plus but not essential
* Commutable to Liverpool several days per week

* Basic salary: £30,000-45,000
* OTE: +£15,000
