Colchester Orthodontic Centre is looking to recruit orthodontic nurse on a full-time basis, into their team. Working within a busy environment, the role involves assisting orthodontists in providing safe, tailored treatment plans for patients.

Main duties of the job
* Procedure preparation.
* Assisting with procedures.
* Interacting with patients regarding their orthodontic care.
* Patient education regarding procedures and oral hygiene.
* Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.
* Answering any patient questions.
* Disinfection and sterilisation of all the equipment.

Person Specification
Experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in orthodontic or dental nursing.
* Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Experience with patient education and care.
Qualifications
* Registered nurse qualification.
* Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
