Your patch will include the local area such as Epsom, Sutton, Mitcham, Morden, Reigate and Redhill areas. Location: Oaks House, 12-22 West Street, Epsom, KT18 7RG Hybrid working: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home after the initial transition period. Salary: £27,500- £37,500 dependent on previous level of recruitment experience) plus uncapped commission earning potential Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday Contract: Full time and permanent Why This Role? Skills Needed: Experience: Proven 360 Recruitment experience, ideally in a professional services environment, or sales and business development experience. Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a drive to succeed. Sales Initiative: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, sell Reed's services, and match candidates to clients. Resilience: Money-motivated with the ability to overcome challenges and setbacks. Team Player: Willingness to share ideas and best practices.
