We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, boutique law firm with offices in Mayfair and Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, solicitor with experience in both Commercial & Corporate cases to step into a hands-on role with high-quality clients and work alongside a knowledgeable, friendly and forward-thinking team!
The role
* Advise businesses and entrepreneurs on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
* Handle share and asset sales/purchases, restructures, shareholder agreements, and investment rounds
* Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, supplier terms, and distribution agreements
* Support SMEs, scale-ups and high-net-worth business owners with tailored legal advice
* Manage client relationships and contribute to business development
You
* 2+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Experience advising SMEs, founders, investors
